How we work with clients

  • Personal approach

    We build the range around your menu. Looking for a rare item or a difficult request? We will find it in Italy, even if it is not in our price list.

  • Prices

    An individual price list and offer for your menu and volumes.

  • Delivery

    Free within Tallinn with a minimum order amount, usually the next working day (Mon–Fri). Rest of Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Finland: timing and terms are agreed individually.

  • Payment

    Prepayment or deferred payment, agreed with each client.

    Write a detailed request in the form: which products and in what quantities you need.

  2. Offer

    A manager gets in touch and sends the price list and, if you wish, samples.

  3. Delivery

    You order the way that suits you and we deliver. Free within Tallinn with a minimum order amount.
